Boot camps are open to men and women of any fitness level.  Camps are conducted outdoors and focus on developing your strength, muscular definition and stamina. Exercises include speed walking, jogging, running, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, jumping, bending, stretching, curling, extending and many other single, partner-assisted and body weight exercises.
